Frequently Asked Questions

• 5 day notice is required for all orders and payment is due at time of order.
• Delivery is available within Winter Haven city limits
• Charcuterie boards are designed on a board you can keep with an assortment of meats, cheeses, nuts, fruits, vegetables, olives, pickles, dips, and more. Please let us know any food allergies, dietary restrictions, and/or dislikes. All charcuterie sizing is based on appetizer portions.
• Orders under $150 that are cancelled at least 72 hours prior to delivery/pickup will receive a credit toward a future Cravin’ Haven catering order. Any orders cancelled less than 72 hours prior to delivery/pickup are INELIGIBLE for a refund or credit. Orders over $150 that are cancelled any time are INELIGIBLE for a refund or credit.
